At FOJI+, operated by Picmondi Ltd, we place a high priority on the security of your business information and the protection of your brand integrity. This Client Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data provided exclusively by our Clients (businesses and brands) operating in Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Burundi.
1. Information We Collect from Clients
To deliver high-quality and specialized UGC services, FOJI+ collects the following information from Clients: first name, last name, sector (Body Care or Fashion), professional or brand name, WhatsApp number, email address, country or countries of operation, city or cities of operation, product or service information, preferred UGC language(s), requested delivery timelines, and payment information.
2. How We Use Your Business Information
Client data is used strictly for operational and service-related purposes, including order fulfillment through the management of monthly UGC requests, creator briefing by sharing essential product and campaign details with contracted “Top Users” for accurate and high-performing content creation, financial administration including payment processing and management of the 20-day refund policy window, and strategic communication such as sending updates related to video delivery status, platform improvements, or relevant East African market insights.
3. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Picmondi Ltd does not sell, trade, or lease Client business data to third-party marketing agencies. All campaign briefs, product launches, and marketing strategies are treated as confidential and are shared only with creators who are bound by strict contractual obligations with FOJI+. We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect brand assets, payment data, and communication records.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
Client information is disclosed only to regulated payment gateways for the purpose of processing secure transactions within the East African region, and to legal or regulatory authorities when required under the laws of the Republic of Rwanda or other applicable regional jurisdictions in which we operate.
5. Retention of Data
Client data is retained for the duration of the service relationship. Upon completion of an order, transaction and financial records are archived in accordance with Rwandan tax regulations and to support the 20-day post-order refund policy.
6. Policy Updates
FOJI+ reserves the right to update this Client Privacy Policy to reflect changes in regional data protection laws, operational requirements, or platform features. Clients will be notified of any material changes via email sent to the registered brand representative.
